HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Rivermark Glen Health Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
