HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Harborlight Sparrow Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
