HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Amberfield Glen Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Charlotte. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
