HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around San Antonio. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
