HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Lantern Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Savannah, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
