HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Silverline Kestrel Property Management manages apartment communities around Madison. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
