HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Northwind Maple Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Portland. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
