HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Summit Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 731 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
