HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Orchard Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
