HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Kestrel Manufacturing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
