HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ashton Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
