HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Harborlight Sable Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Phoenix. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 305 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
