HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Silverline Cobalt Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Little Rock, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
