HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Nova Oak Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Houston with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 818 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
