HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Drift Civic Services works with county and city offices around Miami. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 773 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on procurement. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
