HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Meadow Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Dallas, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
