HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Harbor Telecom Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We invest in training. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
