HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit Ember Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 477 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
