HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Quill Energy Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 658 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
