HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit River Financial Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
