HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Northwind Corner Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Atlanta. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
