HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wren Freight and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
