HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bright Ridge Insurance Partners is an insurance company in Las Vegas with claims and service teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
