HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Harborlight Glen Transit Planning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
