HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Nova Maple Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
