HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Amber Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Buffalo plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
