HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in St. Louis with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 498 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
