HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Stonegate Loom Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Minneapolis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
