HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Highbridge Field Water Authority Partners operates treatment plants and pipelines around Reno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
