HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Meridian Facilities Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
