HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Foxglove Mill Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Colorado Springs design routes and schedules, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
