HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Rivermark Kestrel Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Omaha and nearby communities. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
