HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Orchard Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Salt Lake City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
