HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Fox Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
