HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Fernwood Maple Community Partners is a nonprofit in Albuquerque supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
