HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Bright Summit Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Providence, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
