HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Harborlight Willow Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
