HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Amber Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
