HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Stonegate Hollow Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Cincinnati, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
