HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Amberfield Bridge Foods is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
