HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Harborlight Forge Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
