HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Westbrook Vale Press Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 744 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
