HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Clearpath Linden Hospitality Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
