HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Sparrow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Dallas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
