HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Lumen Wilder Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
