HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Summit Basin Civic Services works with county and city offices around Omaha, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
