HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Nova Pine Staffing is a Cincinnati staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
