HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Cedar Bright Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 786 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
