HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Redstone Sable Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 609 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
