HR Business Partner - manager coaching (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Austin area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
